All that is required is a quiet, undisturbed space where you can sit or lie down without interuptions, for a minimum of 30 minutes . I set up your healing alter beforehand and go into your energetic field in a protected space, where I willbe shown and advised how to best facilitate your healing session.
Past Life situations that have been affecting this life are usually shown to me, with other information.
After your reading I will email you what happened form my end with photos of your alter and any cards that are drawn for you with more information.
Post healing session, it is important to drink plenty of water and rest, this reading/healing can bring up purging; mentally, emotionally, spiritualy and physically.
