Bitter Sweet Release..

The 'sweet release' of incoming endings and change, and for some a bitter-sweet release.

It's a time of changing season's as we head into spring, and a changing of the guard in energy.

You may be the one initiating the change, but the energy I'm seeing is that most wont be.

The actions and inactions of people, leading to separating timelines, creating a 'Ripple Effect' out into the collective. There is possibly no logical reason or explanation given, but you may have had a sense and inner knowing that it was coming and acknowledge it is ultimately for your highest good...

The advice message is simple: be strategic in your approach to rest and recovery. Retreat and be of service in your own healing while you lick any wounds. Be on the look out for any repeating patterns, and forbidden doors presenting themselves in rapid response, options or behaviours.

Judgement calls will be made, move emotions through your body, so they don't get stuck, discernment and focus is key.
