My Godzilla...

Welcome to this week’s pondering blog.
My Godzilla won’t go back in its box when I tell it to—no matter how much lipstick or lace I slap on it. It’s like an inflatable dragon living inside me, triggered by the relentless speed and volume of information about the world’s trajectory and my place in it.
Yes, I looked at the information—so technically, it’s my fault. I should probably just turn the other cheek, light a candle, sit in silence, and OM my way through it all... shouldn’t I?
Well… yes. And no.
My Godzilla takes the form of thoughts and ponderings that shake my peace. She inflates her head with negative projections, dread, and fears about humanity and this beautiful planet.
When these inner tides rise, it’s easy to spiral into shame or guilt. That I’m not pure enough. Not positive enough. Not spiritual enough. The global spiritual narrative constantly reassures us this is a spiritual war already won in ‘God’s’ favour—that all we need to do is maintain our light. But when we don’t feel lit up and invincible, the guilt and shame creeps in.
The doubt whispers: “Maybe it’s not won after all.”
But I’ve learned something powerful: when my Godzilla appears, I become the observer. I ask her( yes, she's a ‘her’) ; why do I feel this way? Do I need to know this information right now? At all? Is this something I’m meant to act on?
Discernment, as I’ve said before (read my 2025 blog on it), is key to staying balanced and high-vibe. But let’s be honest—it’s not always sustainable, is it ? Sometimes, you just need to feel it. Name it. Ask yourself if suppressing your real emotions is actually a form of spiritual bypassing or just old survival mode playing out.
The aim isn’t to avoid heavy feelings, but to meet them inside a self-care practice—before you find yourself on the metaphorical cliff edge. Un-acknowledged fears, if ignored, will find a backdoor out: suddenly you’re acting competitive, secretive, or hustling with a spiritual smile—all rooted in fear, not truth.
Right now, humanity is in a full-blown identity crisis. What does it actually mean to be human anymore? Not trans-human. Not a ‘useless eater.’ Not a programmed sheep.
But a real, 3D, sovereign human being.
It means many things and yes, we’re evolving. But one thing that still defines our humanness—our gift—is our emotional range. The shadow and the light. This emotional spectrum feeds our intuition, our decisions, and our spiritual compass.
Emotion with energy is deeply powerful.
Mastering our emotional state without guilt or shame is a process—but it’s part of the path. We’re becoming spiritual warriors. Not passive light-bearers, but warriors who feel everything, move through it, and still choose love.
So I say: embrace your Godzilla. Talk to her/him. Ask what they need to reset. Love them. just don’t continuously feed them junk thoughts, or they'll set up camp and stay too long.
Remember to check in with yourself. Know when you’re at mental and emotional capacity. You don’t need to go looking for chaos; sometimes it finds you—in media, in a chat, in an energy you feel in the room.
And if it does, don’t shoot the messenger. Stay curious. Ask questions. Sometimes what feels like fear is just Godzilla misreading the signal or message for your higher knowing.
Stay strong
