Take the Lead..... this week you may be called to 'step up' in your life and it may feel like a surprise or unexpected. You may also feel that the timing is off or you don't have the skills or resources to see it through.
The advice is not to fake it. Do not compare or compromise yourself if you are not ready. If you don't know something ,then ask. If you can not undertake a task then say no and if you do or have to then be teachable, compassionate and open.
There is also a message of 'Accountability ', it may be yourself or another that comes under scrutiny. If you feel let down this week you may need to dig deep for a while in order to surface intact.
Hold your ship steady this week and think before you speak. A balancing act handled well; will lead to a successful outcome.
