When beliefs or motives have been repeated so often, we can sometimes take it to be fact or for it to have more significance in our lives than it deserves.
Taking a stand or changing a narrative may induce fear; however, if you wait for the fear to disappear before taking a stand or making a bold move... you may be waiting a while.
Change is happening within and without this week , so you may need time to process and absorb these changes by listening first and speaking later.
Know your triggers and and pick your fights with discernment. There is no shame in standing up for what is true for you.
Visualise a positive outcome and notice any synergy surrounding you.
Be who you are without shame and with compassion, rise above it all and stand your ground; energetically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
