This weeks message is advising you make time to slow down and feel your environment and body. Remember what a miracle it is for you just being here in planet earth is at this time, what does it feel like to be alive and using all of your senses and the gift of a physical reality ?
If you make time to replenish and banish negative self talk, you will be able to more effectively deal with issues as they arise.
Get into your body and look after it, be mindful of what your body is saying to you this week. This will help heighten your perception of your current reality .
Healing is in order and a letting go of what you may have been holding onto in your vessel,that is past due. It usually starts with a shift in your energy frequency then the vessel follows.
Pay attention to how your body is responding in particular environments , you may realise that any unsupported environment will hinder your physical, mental and spiritual bodies. It just wont feel good, and that is telling you all you need to know.
Look for things being said or happening in three's, there is a message in that for you.
